Latest moist heat therapy for MGD, Blepharitis, Swollen Lids etc. through device.
Most sophisticated IR heat therapy with charged lid massage helps in opening Meibomian gland secretion and its quality. It improves Tear Break up time. 1 session every week for 3 months.
This massage is done with a certified Galvanic massage device which helps in increasing tear formation and oily secretion. Weekly 2 sessions are recommended till desired effect is achieved. Cost shown below for one session.
Both eye lid margin cleansing done with a device and medicine to remove debris from the lid margins. It keeps eye lid margin healthy and smooth spreads of oily secretion to prevent early tear break up.Total 5 sessions are needed.2 sessions in 1st week,1 session in 2 nd week and 2 sessions in 15 days interval.Total 5 sessions.500 ৳ for each session.
Scoring based on SPEED procedure to identify a dry eye patients who needs further procedures.

This is Baseline test for dry eye. Zernikes Analysis, Meniscometry and Wave front Digital PNITBUT is done for both eyes. It gives idea of the progress of diseases and treatment outcome. Consultation on additional payment of 500 taka.
This is most conclusive test to know the functionality of the Meibomian glands and its secretion ability. This oily layer protects the tear film from evaporation. MGD causes 80% of dry eye. Consultation need additional payment of 500 taka.
Serum Drops will be compounded with the fresh serum of the patient's blood. 15 cc blood will be needed for AS eye drops. Cost will be approximately 600 taka per bottle. One batch consists of 10 bottles to keep the cost low.
