Both eye lid margin cleansing done with a device and medicine to remove debris from the lid margins. This is most conclusive test to know the functionality of the Meibomian glands and its secretion ability. This oily layer protects the tear film from evaporation. MGD causes 80% of dry eye. Consultation need additional payment of 500 taka.
Serum Drops will be compounded with the fresh serum of the patient's blood. 15 cc blood will be needed for AS eye drops. Cost will be approximately 600 taka per bottle. One batch consists of 10 bottles to keep the cost low.
